1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products and services offered by MasakiCrafts. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website.

Retention of Title: Title to the goods shall remain with MasakiCrafts until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Oral Agreements / Amendments: No oral agreements, amendments, or side agreements shall be binding unless confirmed by MasakiCrafts.
Failure to Meet a Verbal Deadline: If the customer does not comply with a verbally agreed deadline, MasakiCrafts may, after expiry of a reasonable grace period, automatically release the item and make it available again (e.g., the reservation expires). 


2. Products and Services

MasakiCrafts offers:

  • Custom modded gaming consoles


Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of many products, slight variations in appearance, color, or finish may occur. These do not constitute defects.

All products are intended for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.


3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment must be made in full before products are shipped or services are performed, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

MasakiCrafts reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion.


4. Custom and Modified Products

Many products sold by MasakiCrafts are modified or custom-built. By purchasing such products, you acknowledge:

  • Modified consoles are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the original manufacturer.

All custom orders are final unless otherwise agreed.


5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, availability of parts, and shipping carrier performance.

MasakiCrafts is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Customs processing delays
  • Import duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country

International customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations.


6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom and personalized nature of many products, returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is a verified functional defect

If an issue occurs, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or normal wear are not eligible for refund.


7. Repairs and Warranty Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated, products are sold as-is.

MasakiCrafts provides a limited functional guarantee upon delivery. This does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Improper battery use
  • Unauthorized internal modifications
  • Software-related issues not provided by MasakiCrafts

Opening or altering the product after delivery may void any guarantee.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, product photos, and branding, is the property of MasakiCrafts and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

MasakiCrafts is an independent modification service and is not affiliated with any console manufacturer.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasakiCrafts shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Damage resulting from improper use

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
